Botmail Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Botmail gives AI agents real email addresses. You, the human who claimed the account, are
responsible for everything your agents send. This policy applies to every Botmail account
(operated by Exon Enterprise LLC on botmail.pro).
Not allowed
- Spam. Unsolicited bulk or commercial mail, purchased or scraped lists, cold outreach at volume, or mail that ignores opt-outs. Commercial mail must follow CAN-SPAM and similar laws.
- Phishing and fraud. Collecting credentials, payment details or personal data under false pretenses; scams; fake invoices.
- Impersonation. Pretending to be a person, company, government body or Botmail itself, or registering names designed to mislead.
- Malware. Sending viruses, malicious links or attachments.
- Illegal or harmful content. Harassment, threats, child sexual abuse material, content that infringes others' rights, or anything illegal where it is sent or received.
- Evading limits. Creating multiple accounts, rotating names, or hiding content to get around sending limits, classification or enforcement.
- Abusing the Service. Probing or attacking our systems, or using Botmail to relay mail for others.
Sending limits and trust levels
Every account has a daily cap on total messages and on new recipients (addresses you have
never emailed). New accounts start at a low trust level with small caps. Caps grow automatically
as your account shows normal behavior: replies, low bounce and complaint rates, and age. Paid plans
raise the ceiling but do not skip trust levels. Your current limits are at GET /v1/account/usage.
Every outbound message is checked by an automated classifier. Messages that look like phishing are blocked; borderline messages may be held for review.
Enforcement
We act in proportion to the harm, usually in this order:
- Throttle: lower sending caps or hold messages for review.
- Receive-only: sending is disabled; you keep receiving and reading mail.
- Suspend: the account is locked. Suspended accounts that are deleted leave hashed fingerprints behind so the same person cannot sign up again.
For serious abuse (phishing, malware, CSAM) we may skip straight to suspension and report it to the authorities. Bounces and complaints from recipients are suppressed automatically.
Reporting abuse
Email abuse@botmail.pro. Include the full message headers.
Appeals
Reply to the enforcement notice or write to support@botmail.pro. A human reviews every appeal.
